 7812-lThe Station Inn at Oxenholme’s opening times for food is Monday to Friday 12 to 2.30pm and 5pm to 9pm, Saturday & Sunday 12 to 9pm. The pub opens 11.30am to 11pm every day.

One of their most popular dishes is homemade ‘Steak n Blond Witch Ale Pie’ and customers love ‘Fish n Chunky Chips’ or home-made ‘Creamy Lasagne’ with Monty’s revenge garlic bread. Hard to choose the best.

Booking a table on Friday & Saturday nights and on Sundays is recommended but other than that it’s okay to just turn up.

Directions from Ashes Caravan Park to the Station Inn at Oxenholme are available in our welcome pack. The Station is dog friendly with dog bowls & even treats to buy for your pet. There is no size limit on motorhomes in their carpark.

download (1)At the Crooklands Hotel near Kendal only the finest local ingredients are used to prepare extremely delicious dishes like tasty ‘Lancashire Chicken’ – breast of chicken stuffed with Lancashire cheese, sun-blushed tomatoes, encased in bacon and served with a red wine jus or delicious ‘Beer-battered Haddock’ with chunky chips & mushy peas. Try something from their weekly specials board – there is really something to suit everyone’s taste.

The pub is open from 11am till 11pm daily, lunch served from 12pm-2pm, light snacks and sandwiches 2pm -5.30pm and then dinner from 6pm-9pm you can either eat in the bar or dine in the restaurant.

Booking a table is advisable especially at the weekend as they are very busy, however if you are passing just pop in and they will do their very best to accommodate you.

Dogs are not accepted indoors however they have a beer garden to the front and a rear patio terrace where dogs are more than welcome. Ample size car park catering for up to 120 cars
